So {...} strikes out to see if he can locate his errant partner.
It takes quite a bit of investigative work, but finally he comes across the exact scene he hadn't wanted to find, and the final few meters between he, Hanna and the woman crumpled on the ground are closed with long, hurried strides.]

With little else that he can do, {...} shrugs out of his coat and lays it over her before turning to Hanna. There's blood on the floor -he's almost kneeling in it- and it couldn't have come from the woman. Which meant that Hanna was in poor condition indeed and needed medical attention.
Damn Worth for not being around.
He puts an arm around Hanna's shoulders, and takes his elbow in hand to try and gently goad him to his feet. He can carry him easily enough, but hopefully he can snap Hanna out of this stupor first.]

As fogged up as his mind is, he hasn't realized quite that Worth not being around would seriously compound problems. He shouldn't still be this weak after something like that, that really wasn't that bad, it'd happened before after casting plenty of times, especially when he was still learning, and he'd gone on to basically run a marathon up stairs and things of the like ( ... )
