Had 1st trainin on mon, it was really bad, cos majority of us din train much durin the exam period (I tot I was the only one), turns out my 3-days of super siong training was quite effective in getting part of my fitness back, but my running is still far from my best.

Yest was the 2nd trainin, sill we were laggin behind the scheduled time esp aft the chin-up station..aft the session, capt said by nxt wk everyones fitness mus b up to standard, otherwise it will hinder trainin n slow us down.
