ljgate; couple of greasemonkey recs

What is ljgate? "If you have problems with access to livejournal.com, use this service!... Please note: Your password is never stored at our servers!" I'm there, and so are you. I have no idea if it caches or not, or how it affects your inclusion in search engines.

I should do an updated " how I've tricked out my lj" post, but I don't even know what all I'm using right now, so here are just a couple pointers to things that caught my eye recently:

As you probably know, delicious got totally screwed up overhauled a few months ago. *cough* But you may not know about deliciouslymad! There are several scripts there to make delicious less screwy. I especially like murklins' bundle management scripts.

If you don't like the new LJ profile page, here's a script to rearrange things to your liking. Very customizable. Or here's a script to reset it to the old version. That's nice because it makes Show latest post on LiveJournal userinfo page work again (although not LJ Friend-Of Unhide).

The ljwho username annotation script is broken, is still broken, has been broken since Firefox 3, and the author hasn't yet been able to fix it. I don't know how to use LJ without it; I can't remember who anybody is; I am wandering in the wilderness. It is sad when the universe does not bend to my wishes.

lj, questions, computers are our friends, recs: software & web tools & sites, recs: communities
