I drew a person! Drawing people is not generally something I enjoy because I'm not familiar enough with proportions for it to flow easily. It's much more frustrating than it is fun. BUT! I figured out that I could use DAZ|Studio as a figure reference (that is, once I was able to tear myself away from sexing it up).
Meet Michael 3.0. He's about 8 heads tall, enjoys long walks on the beach, and is as anatomically impaired as a Metatron. The male genitalia has to be installed separately. It's a PROP. I'm not going to examine too closely why I find that fact so amusing.
I accidentally made the model's pecs too big, so that when I was drawing I had a bad moment when I didn't know how to fix Sam Winchester's enormous breasts, and there's a sentence I don't use every day. So DAZ isn't going to keep me from making weird errors like that, or wrong-bendy joints or misdistributed weight, but it's definitely better than nothing, yay.
