That is absolutely..wow..! Those details, the text. Just as I imagined those textbooks would look like. I bow to your superior skills.

Aww, *giggles* thanks. I'm so entranced by the idea of moving books and photographs and paintings.

I love this! But you knew that :D I'm madly impressed that you made the illustrations animated - like wizarding photos in the Potterverse - the whole thing is just so professional *lol*

Extra love for making the finished image look so much like a textbook scan/photocopy - that little crookedness and the dark line of the scannerbed/photocopier-whatever ♥♥♥♥♥

I'd love to read "excerpts" of books on dragon-keeping, potions-making, etc... maybe I could dig up some similar geek with a knack for text - It would be fun to do illustrations for a book on dragon-keeping ;D - not that I'd have the time in RL, but one can always dream...

Thank you! And thanks for your help with it. I don't remember if I confessed already: I wimped out on removing the bullet points, pretty much because it was a hassle and I couldn't be arsed. ;)

Oh, i'd love to see your book illustrations! Hehe, "Dragon Husbandry and You," "Scalds, Singes, and Scorches: First Aid for Dragon-Keepers."

Oh wow, oh wow. The tree's moving branches! I like how it's like a Japanese-style brush painting X-D

*in love*

And the Whompulose! *iz ded*

And hee, the oil stains! And the folded corner makes me itch to straighten it.

Awesome attention to details, as usual ;-) *flash my Whomping Willow icon at you*

Thanks so much, lilian_cho! I was pretty pleased with the brush-effect of the tree, too; I was just playing around in ArtRage. I'd like to try more of that style, it's so elegant.

Hehe, I couldn't decide whether it should be Whompulin, or Whompase, or what, but in the end I went with Whompulose. :)

Yes! Whompulose ~ Cellulose X-D

...Adobe Photoshop hates me. I don't even dare touch any other art software.
