-4 frozen hamburger patties
-One 4.1 oz bag baby reds instant potatoes
-One 12 oz bag peas and carrots
-About half of an onion
-Tablespoon of Garlic
-Teaspoon of Thyme
-2 Teaspoons rosemary
-2 tablespoons butter
-2 tablespoons flour
-Tablespoon Worcheshire Sauce
-A half cup water
In a skillet start fryin up the burgers. As they thaw, break them up and add onion. once everything gets fried up, add garlic. I either let the fat cook off or drain it if i'm in a real hurry. Add peas and carrots and let fry.
In another saucepan, melt butter. Add flour until it's like gravy.
Add half cup of water and Worcheshire. Whisk, then add to meat mixture. Add rosemary and thyme and let simmer for a minute or two.
Add to oven safe pan of appropriate size.
Follow directions for instant potatoes. Add to top of meat mixture. Broil in oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Viola! Eat!
