Now that nobody on earth uses livejournal anymore, i can write pretty much whatever i want.. but if their are people lingering, beware.. this is primerica stuff generally for myself to look back on.
I need to get to work.. thats what sucks about being your own boss. You dont HAVE to go to work if you dont want to... so you very often decide not to. And then you've got everyone in the office motivating you and supporting you.. which makes it even worse when youre lazy. I've got a business to build, i need to have at least 800 in residual coming a month by the time i move out in 10 months. Right now my team only produces about 100 a month in residual. That gives me a year to have a team of at least 5 more productive associates that do about two plans a month. But how do i find quality people without leaving the house? I hate going out specifically to meet new people, i need something to get me out of the house where i can spot good people along the way. I might have to get some J-O-B that involves me meeting people... or hang out at college- gross.
