My team and I went to the Adams Mark hotel for a great Primerica Convention... the energy there was nothing short of electric. I im so proud to be in a place thats so focused on building a business with Gods blessing.. as i mentioned before, we are always talking about Jesus in our home office however, its just as common at other corporate events- these are some of the quotes you would have heard were you at the convention:
"It's about glorifying God and benefiting man-kind"
"cause scripture says..."
"The greatest person to ever walk the Earth is Jesus Christ"
(one person went over the different kinds of gravel a seed may try to grow from)
"out of all Gods creation..."
"You know Jesus was very good at telling parables..."
(one lady reiterated the christian gospel)
"God is good"
"Gods purpose is to accomplish is plan"
"Jesus Christ, without him i am nothing"
(the concluding speakers whole message was on Gods plan for our life)
One 2 million dollar earner (per year) there spoke at the very end and talked alot about it, he buys all these houses for others and sponsers all kinds of things (from weddings to christian camps).. he's also like a head guy at campus crusade for Christ. Like Orender said (the other million dollar earner i see every thursday said - "until you are financially independent, you will never be able to think about anyone but yourself".. you will always be tending to your own financial problems. Isnt going to happen to me and my team.
So, while you may not be money motivated (of course, you'd think $200 an hour and the potential for residual income, money coming whether you are there or not, is enough to motivate anyone), the enviroment is undeniably the best around... all these people completely devoted to overturning the insurance industry (which works to confuse and rip people off), set families up to retire comfortably and giving all the glory to God. Everyones excited and is crusade driven, i hope i can show off where i work to my other friends... too bad they wont even give me an hour and a half of their time. oh well, they will see eventually (i hope, i'd like to think i have more credibility with my friends than that). I guess its just a matter of time.
btw coyt- man did you miss out! Too bad you couldnt get off work, we'll never forget this convention.

Livejournal is the new way our team will keep connected and im hoping outside readers will be inspired enough by what they read to at least come check it out.
Keep it real team- remember, the Glory is Gods- now lets build us a business that spins off money whether we work or not and get rich!
