Хотел купить кроссовки на eBay, выиграл аукцион, но когда хотел оплатить, России не было в списке доставки, хотя когда делал ставку - была. Написал письмо в службу поддержи - мол чё за ботва, вот ответ пришел:

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are no longer able to ship to Russia. I truly am sorry for the inconvenience. Each and every one of our auctions provides a list of countries that we are able to ship to.
Since we are not able to ship to your country, I have gone ahead and canceled this transaction. You will be issued a Mutual Agreement Dispute from eBay via email. I kindly ask that you agree to this agreement so eBay will reimburse our listing fees.
I am genuinely sorry that we are not able to complete this transaction. If you have an alternative shipping address that falls within one of the listed countries we do ship to; feel free to re-bid on any of our auctions. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and we will get back to you as soon as possible."
вот это я понимаю CUSTOMER SERVICE, а не те, шарашкины конторы, которые у нас именуются как "служба по работе с клиентами" - завтра расскажу о формуле "клиент всегда неправ", которая, наверное, осталась еще пока только у нас.
