maeglinyedi and nimori have come up with a great weekly challenge on the Beloved Enemies list. Every week they're going to give us a new word from the dictionary and we are supposed to use it as a theme for a drabble. This week's word is "contumacy," one meaning of which is "obstinate or contemptuous resistance to authority; stubborn rebelliousness." So here is
