Well we are back home. Vacay is over, well for Mike & the kids. The kids had their spring break last week, mine is this week.
When we got home Mike & Brendan got our old bed out, and went and got our new bed out of storage. It's set up. It's a lot smaller than our old bed, but wayyyyy more comfy. Mike was like I guess you'll just have to snuggle with me. Awwwwwwww....
Oh, and my step-brother worked on getting us a new floor in our bathroom, and we have a new toilet too. Yay!!! He's coming back to the house next Sunday to fix the bad section on the living room floor.

We didn't go anywhere, but stay at the hotel. The kids wanted to stay and swim in the indoor pool.
I started reading Brendan's book from school I wanted to read: "Point Break." It's actually really good for a 7th grade reading book. :)

I didn't think the morning would ever come and go, well the moment my test would be over. It was harder than I thought it would be. The professor didn't ask questions on the 5 things for all the senses. We just had to list all 5 points for one sense. Then the transduction point for each of the 5 senses, which was easy it's just the receptor's. My mind went blank for vision, it was awful. I sat there for about 10 minutes, then it finally dawned on me 'rods and cones'....lol! So, I got to that moment where I could turn my test in!!! Yay!!!!

I attended Brennan's bridal shower. She liked her gift too. I had like three other servers sign the card too. She started reading the card, and was like I'm gonna start crying again. I think I was like the server that spent the most $$$ on her gift too. Well, it was due in part to having 4 pages on her registry and having little time, and not finding other stuff.
And the one day I get cut early I wanted to stay. Luckily, Wilson understood why I wanted to stay there: it was the day of Brennan's bridal shower. I was standing next to one of the computers and Wilson was doing something for Jay, another server, and he was "I can't win." He was it was either you or Mandie, and I fiqured you needed to go home and study. I felt bad. Wilson was trying to do me a favor. I told him, reassuringly...on another day it would be fine, it's just today is Brennan's bridal shower, and I didn't wanna miss it.
Earlier in the day a server said a quote. The one that goes something like today is the beginning of the rest of your life, so live it to the fullest. A server asked me what he said, and I repeated it for her, and looked at Wilson, and said is that what he said, and he nodded. A minutes or so later I'm in the back sitting down chatting with the other servers. I hear Wilson go, "Is Michelle up there?" They said yeah, and I looked at him when he came walking up. He goes, your life can't get much fuller...with school, 2 kids...I smiled and said 3 kids. :) It didn't dawn on me, but he was considering how much I had on my plate. He can be really sweet. And with that....
I don't think they added any extra days to my schedule for me to pick up shifts because servers had asked off due to it being spring break.
