So, in light of the date, I'm going to a friend's club night on the Tattershall Castle tonight; of which the theme is (unsurprisingly) 'pirates'.

I was asked to go as a gothic pirate.





Voila.

I made the mask, the sash and bandana, the scabbard (and the 'tache!); everything else was obtained from various places.

I'm happy with it; it's the first time I've tried to do a set costume, and it's about as close as I can get without making my own clothing.
