More Deer River Prep
Mia has called a few times last night and today. She is asking me to bring up several things that she either forgot, or did not think we would actually need up there. No problem. I am making a list, and adding a few things she did not mention. One of them is a bottle of her favorite Bourbon. This trip is not supposed to be a hardship :-)>
I also Mapquested the site, and printed out the crib sheets for some of our dances. I thought I had a copy of the latter, but I could not find it last night. Fortunately, rhymeswithghoti had several of them on her web site, and I found notes for some of the others elsewhere.
There are still hard feelings up there about the member who was less than helpful yesterday, and a similar incident occurred today. mia_mcdavid's two decades of experience with difficult children seem to be helping her discuss the subject calmly. It will be better when more people arrive.
