Books I'm listening to...
Neil Gaiman's Anansi Boys, sort of a sequel to American Gods in audiobook form, downloaded from the iTunes music store, on my iPod.
Awesome. I'm only a quarter of the way through, but I'm loving it, and find the main characters very engaging. I was listening to it on my way downtown to work yesterday, and was laughing really hard at the stoplight, which attracted some strange looks from the other drivers and pedestrians, but it was SO funny, I couldn't help myself but laugh like an idiot.
Lenny Henry, the narrator, is AMAZING with dialects and really does a wonderful job of bringing the book to life. Merely hearing Mr. Nancy's voice for the first time, I had an immediate mental picture of him.
