Good news on the doll front
First, my Minimach Delta, Chalmers, is quite officially paid in full. Part of me is excited to know she's completely "mine", part is me shivers at the unknown wait while the casting company tinkers away. I must start pulling the varied things I have collected for her and put them in a box. I cannot get over how beautiful her eyes turned out to be.
Althea's feet also arrived today. The color isn't perfect, but it's a much better match than I had any reason to expect given the difference in ages and companies. I think it would be a better match still if I cleaned her body up a bit. Anyway, blushing and a pedi tomorrow, then I put her in strapy heels!
Also in the "spa treatment" queue is Lux. I dragged her to the dolly beach trip on my birthday weekend and she needs some love. She has one of the oldest face-ups of my entire crew (only Rowan is older) and it's not up to par at all. I want to do a group pic of all my Soom Gems and I want her to be well presented.
