12th Night
What a great weekend. I love travelling with I&C, they are both laid back, and easy to get along with. We all dragged our asses during the day, from to much partying, and not enought sleep the night before, but it was great!
AND.... I entered my first costuming contest, as a novice. Apperantly, I was bumped up to Intermediate, and won 3rd place! There were 2 people in front of me who tied for 1st, and then me. I'm really glad I did it, it was a great experience. The judges were really helpful with some hints on how I could make it easier on myself next time. Hoses are a pain in the butt.... however, it's the time period my wonderful lord has chosen, so I'll be making more. He was so great as a model. He had the judges laughing, did the "model" walk for them. He's such a ham. Maybe next time I'll enter something for myself. I'd like to make an outfit for me! And one for Emily..... that means I'll have to bring her to 12th night.... I think she'd like that!
