This type of 'team coaching' is a form of harrassment. Its a common tactic used by managers with one goal; to make you make mistakes! Don't fall for it. Carry on your duties as you always have and ignore the nimrods prods. They are intended to make you angry or nervous so that you will quit.

WHAT, she does not want you to sell insurance on the investment and loan. Then she is really trying to screw you up. That is very profitable for FI, hardly any body uses it so it makes money. I don't think that this person is doing anyone any good.

My advice is start looking for another position that is away from her, this does not sound like a good situation all around.

Good luck, I will cross my fingers that she is caught in a flood and is unable to get back to work. :)
