I am hoping to get 50 people to pledge to make changes to their lifestyle by July 31. If you are up to the challenge, please take the FREE assessment and pledge to make at least one change to your lifestyle. Some changes require nothing to purchase but require a lifestyle change such as bringing lunch to work one more day a week than you do now. Whatever you might choose, if you carry out that pledge you will be reducing your impact on the environment which is a great thing.
