Help with costume material please.
Hi all!
I'm going to make a Small Lady costume for my sister and I don't know what material to even look at to get for her. Also, there is a strange, fluttery-ness to the bottom of the dress. Anyone have an idea how to acomplish that? I think I might make her sleeves out of craftfoam and then spirit gum them to her shoudlers, unless someone else has another idea. :3 Thanks!
