Alright then...
I'll structure this to follow my previous entry.
Haven't talked to my recruiter since the first time. The court deal is the thing I'm worried about most. I need to talk to my Public Defender, and I have a court date coming up shortly as well. Hopefully that will all go well, and I can pay off my fine rather than going through ARD. But then again, if ARD is 3 months or less, then I'll just go that route, to clear my record and such. We'll see when the time comes.
Haven't really been running or anything. I still lift when I'm at Brian's, and I squeeze some crunches and sidebends in when I have time in the morning, or lunch break. I'm pretty much moving non-stop at work anyway, so yeah, I'm not too worried.
My schedule was confirmed, and followed last week. Luckily for me, Saturday is only 9AM-Noon. 53.5 hours last week, and I didn't work Saturday, and left Friday 3 hours early. So the next two weeks, will be 59.5 hours. That's almost 20 hours of OT. After taking $100 in taxes, I was left with $351 and change for one week. That's not too bad at all, best money I've made so far haha... It'll be btwn $375 and $400 for the next two weeks. The boss came back this past monday, told me he'd already heard that I was doing an excellent job, and that he really appreciated me pulling the extra hours. Anyway, lots to say about work, so we'll skip to important shit. New guy starts tomorrow, I'm betting he lasts less than a week. He's 50 years old, I don't think he's going to like taking orders from someone 30 years younger than him. Plus, he's working Noon-8PM with no lunch. I don't see that going over so well, I hope he can handle it. I work the same hours this week, to show him the ropes and such. Following that, I work 'til 8 on Tues. Thurs. and he is alone Mon. Fri. Mon. Fri. are my perrogative as far as that goes. I can leave at 4-5, or I can stay 'til 8 if I need the OT, sounds like a sweet deal to me. Also, Saturdays, him and I will be switching, but I can choose to come in every Saturday should I want the hours. That'll be awesome. Really hope he lasts longer than a week - wish he could find someone younger. But enough of work, it's just work. ^_~
Vanessa, Hmmm... She called me late Friday night, when I was in Reading. We talked for a little over an hour, did some catching up and such. We came up with a plan to see each other though, which is awesome. She lives like over 3 hours away, so we only see each other for like New Years, and 4th, and the 4th I got fucked out of going to, I'm not going into that story though. Anyway, she has family, her grandmother in Mt. Carmel. And Mt. Carmel isn't all too far of a drive, over an hour, depends a lot on how you drive though. Farron used to live there, so I'm familiar with the area. I'm going to leave Saturday after work. Meet up with her, stay over Saturday, spend Sunday together, and then I'll drive home, and her mom will come pick her up. I guess her mom freaks the hell out when she even leaves the house, let alone having someone coming over, plus I don't feel like sleeping in the back of the Explorer... But it was awesome to talk to her, it'll be great to hang out with her. She's one of the coolest people that I never get to really talk to. Only hitch might be that it's the weekend just before school starts, so her mom might not let her go. She's supposed to call tomorrow and let me know what's going on though. I'll keep my fingers crossed, if not, there's many weekends to come. =)
Now, I have my last entry covered. Recent events... Hmmm...
Girl situation is really..., odd at the moment... Talked to Beth about some things, God only knows where that's going to end up, so whatever, it's not really up to me but God it sucks... Been talking a lot to Lisa again, that's so hard. She was like my first and only true love, my whole world for so long, and then she was all of a sudden gone, or, more accurately, I was all of a sudden gone. There's still so many feelings, and last night I felt like I've never felt with anyone but her, it's so confusing. Lena too, I don't even know what to say or think about that whole situation, it's rather impossible, but I dunno what to do, or what to say to her anymore. There's also Kat, with whom things never ever work out with, timing-wise, we suck at it so badly... She's with someone else now I guess, or was dating him last i talked to her... Haven't talked to her in a long time =/ She thought I was mad at her the last time I talked to her I believe, oh well, she'll come around... Then, there's the whole Megan ordeal. Let me... explain this situation a little further...
Last week, someone took a test drive with a Chrysler Town & Country. The salesman was busy, his wife had called - so he asked me to go out, put a dealer tag under the hatch of it, pull it out of it's TIGHT-ass parking spot for them so they didn't fuck it up. Show them all the features and toys that come with those fucking things, and then let them test drive it, after apologizing for him not being able to be there. I did so, and didn't think anything of it. 45 minutes later I come back out to the lot for something or other, and the salesman is still on the phone, the family got done driving, and was walking around it, looking at it, and talking. The one guy waved at me and said they were done and the keys were in the door, I said alright and came back inside. I went out again, because I forgot to take a tag off of a truck I was driving. He flags me over, and in-detail explains that they pulled into Weis markets, and proceeded to play with all the buttons on the keyless entry. Keep in mind you can open both sliding doors, and the hatch with it. So they did so. Well, they forgot about the license plate, and closed it with the key, and then drove back. I sprinted back into the showroom knowing that was bad news. Quickly explained to the salesman what happened, sprinted back out to the shop truck, and tore ass out for Weis Markets. Long story short, I made several laps around the parking lot, in the truck, and on foot, and didn't find it. Asked the cart-boy, no one had turned it in. Asked all of the cashiers, and then finally went to customer service. This chick was there, and she's really, really cute. Well I explained what happened, and asked if she could see if anyone turned on in... No one had. So I told her if it turned up, to please call Frey Motors. She didn't know the number, so we looked it up together, chatting the whole time. She seemed really awesome. So I wrote the number down for her, and when I left, she's like "Well, it was nice meeting you... Uhh what's your name?" So I said "I'm Gene, and here, this is my cell phone number, you can call it even if you don't find the tag." She smiled and said ok, and I walked out. She called me later that night. We got together for a little while Wednesday after I got off work. She works 8-5, so I get to work before her and go home way after her. We only got to hang out like 2 and a half times since I met her, but she's such a cool person. Found out she just got out of a 3 year relationship, her only serious one, and so I told her that I didn't mean to come onto her and that I just thought she was an amazing person and that I have a blast hanging out with her, to which she replied "Nah it's cool, I like you." Well, she calls me on her lunch break once in a great while, or she'll even swing by and we'll hang out for like 5 mins. But she called me this morning, and wanted to meet me somewhere, she made me a CD called "Love Mix" and said they were all songs that reminded her of me, and she wanted me to hear them. I hardly know the girl, but I'm flattered. So I think, I'm gonna have to tell her that we should just be friends... She's beautiful too, but I'm just too messed up in the head right now, to try to handle a relationship, especially since I wake up at 6 and go to bed at 9:30-10, which leaves me a little less than an hour a day that I'm not working, discluding lunch. We'll see though I guess, she's really sweet. I dunno... Wow - That was long-winded.
I still need to hang out with Ryan sometime... I need to dedicate one weekend to a friend or friends from this point out. I hung out with Shane this past weekend. Lots of movies, and some damn good food at JP Edwards. Wedding Crashers! Good lord, that's the funniest movie I think I've ever seen. I was afraid in the beginning, that it was going to be a movie full of corny music, and pointless nudity, but the story is great, the acting is amazing, the comedy is just, side-splitting, and it's pulled off amazingly - I fell in love with the girl just watching the movie. =P Must-see if you haven't already...
But look at that, it's 9 o'clock time to lay down and get some shut-eye... I need to update more often so that I don't have to write so damned much.
