Easiest way to get on his good side: Just be a nice person and he'll be nice back to you. It's really that easy!
Easiest way to get on his bad side: Hurt or threaten any of his friends (especially Eva), act like a power-tripping dick, talk down to him, or just generally be an asshole. Also, threatening the comm at large, taking away people's freedoms, he doesn't stand for that kind of shit.
Favorite person: Hmm ... Eva and his mother are pretty much tied. He also likes Aikka, Don Wei, Stan, Koji, and Rick a lot, too.
Favorite person met on the comm: Well, he actually likes a lot of people, even if he hasn't met a lot of them outside the comm. But I'll try to narrow it down: Orlando, Jeramie, Peter Parker, Otto, Q, Vivi, Panchito, Alize, all the Avatar peeps, all the Princess Tutu Peeps, Axel and Roxas ... and a few more I can't think of at the moment.

Easiest way to get on his good side: Be a nerd (like him!), have a girlfriend that you like to talk about a lot, and be an all-around good person.
Easiest way to get on his bad side: Threaten or hurt his loved ones, be a super villain, act stupid and generally uneducated, be a bigot, talk down to him, that sort of thing.
Favorite person: MJ and Aunt May, of course! Otto and Dr. Conners rate pretty damn high up there, too.
Favorite person met on the comm: Well, he hasn't had the chance to interact with a lot of people, but besides Otto, I'd have to say Kitty is his favorite person so far. Darc and Vivi are ranked pretty high, too, along with Eva and Jeramie. And any other scientists/geeks out there on the comm that I forgot about (Komui Li comes to mind ...).
Mytho
Easiest way to get on his good side: Be something smaller and weaker than himself, someone in need of rescue, or just a kind and gentle person.
Easiest way to get on his bad side: Threaten or hurt his loved ones, be a scary raven monster, tell him that he is doomed for a tragic ending, be Drosselmeyer.
Favorite person: Rue and Fakir are tied, I think. Ahiru is definitely up there, and Princess Tutu used to be the girl he loved most, but that changed when Rue confessed her feelings to Mytho.
Favorite person met on the comm: Vivi and Ari, definitely! Those two have similar issues to his own (especially Ari). Um ... the FFIX cast, and the Nobodies, actually. He understands their issues with losing one's heart and all that, so yeah ...
