I totally agree with you about Myspace. I hate it. It is soo fucking slooow, and buggier than an ant hill. The only time I have gotten the Blue Screen of Death has been when I was looking at Myspace stuff. People mess with there layouts until they look like shit, you can't read a single word on the page and they have lame music that starts playing when you look at their profile. Like you, I am only on it to read my friends blogs, I don't know why they have them on Myspace, it is such a pain in the ass.

The only thing that I think myspace does well is the friend request, you can't just add somebody, they have to approve you as their friend, which is closer to real life.

Firefox is good. It has tabbed browsing as default, no add on needed. though there are add ons related to the tabbed browsing that I think are good. Like "last tab" which lets you ctrl+tab through tabs in the order you have looked at them, not left to right, so ctrl+tab acts more like alt+tab, and "open link in..." that lets you open links in a new tab or a background tab. I really like that one, lets me keep reading one thing while another page loads. You can select whether the page opens as a new tab or background tab on the fly instead of just setting it in your preferences. Of course they also have more frivolous add-ons like games, I have tetris, solitaire and pac-man :)
