OMG the snow---
it's EVERYWHERE. seriously, it's all over, the whole state had 2 snow days in a row from these last storms... now, I'm really not one to complain about the snow, I'll talk about it and gripe if it's inconvienced me is some way, but genreally I'm of the set that says 'the more the merrier' when it comes to the white stuff (aka: the skier in me) but now, I think I'm changing my feathers...
due to all the storms and snow days, I'm out tlike $300 guys.... $300 buck I really NEED. I've missed like a week witht he Dude and 3 days of work and it's not cool at ALL. Especailly since I don't have temp winter job like I've had the past two years (though there's no way in hell I'd go back to that aweful nanny-ing job, GOD NO) So now I'm really aware of how I need a real job... a full time job (I like that term better, mental note) So I guess I'm gonna start trolling the local school systems website for opennings and maybe if I don't get anything, I'll go to a technical school and become an electrician.
I know, I know, an electrician??? Kinda out of left field there, but I really can't wait around forever for my dream job to fall in my lap. It'd take less thatn a year and they have jab assistance that basically mean you're gaurneteed a job and it's a hands on, never going to go away field of work, which is somehting everybody wants out of a job, right?? I don't know, I'm just throwing these things around in my head...
ok, back to earth, girly... well with these snow days, you'd think I'd be typing... but no it didn't happen. Again, thank the bro - who has to always have the tv on and when it's on, I can't concentrate (seriously, I'm like a bug to lights guys, it's SCARY!!!) but then I relized that hello~ my Lappy is a LAPTOP and I can TAKE IT TO MY ROOM.... but unfortunatly I realized this yesterday afernoon when we were out shoveling and the day was over and yeah.
I GOT TO WORK THE SNOWBLOWER!!!! hehehe, they've never let me do that before!!
ok, back again... So my bro went up to school today, even though he doesn't have classes, but his school canceled classes the past two days (for like the first time EVER, they never close) so he can get stuff done, but I've got to catch up with life so today is out too... but tomorrow should be productive!! and I do have a good portion done, I've just got to keep at it.
and I'll be house/pet sitting next week so that bodes well for me. and I'm taking my work buddy skiing next weekend. I'll be teaching her so we'll be on the bunny hill, but that's cool. We're going tot he science musem the next day 'cause she wants to go see one of the specail exhibits on mind teasers. It sounds like fun.
ok, I've got to go get shit done. Ski tonite! YAY!!!
