Such a long time...
Since I've updated my livejournal. Ok so a lot has happened in the last week or so. Flynn and Evan decided to come grab me in Houston on Tuesday, completely out of the blue. While their stay in town was short lived, it was nonetheless made interesting by my three younger brothers. Also, I finally got back to LSU and have been having a great time ever since.
But with good things must come bad things, as everyone knows, and naturally, they come when unexpected. Our group, which shall hereby be referred to simply as "Us", were down at the Tiger Pause. So Us are hanging out there, and Scottie decides she can extend her leg to reach the top of Flynn's shoulder. I had the misfortune of standing next to her when she attempted this, and caught the full force of her kick in a region of the body that's not so pleasant to be kicked in. The funny thing about that kind of thing is, the pain never hits you initially. You're just in shock for a while, and about a minute later, it floors you. So that was a lot of fun.
And for some good news, Evan, Flynn, Wade and I signed a lease on a really nice four-room apartment that we can move into starting next semester. Hooray, no more cramped dorm room and roomate who has a schedule completely opposite of my own! Oh yeah, and Scottie will probably be "living" there most of the time too, so that's also fun. ^_^
Edit: And anyone else who wants to live there for a while will probably not be turned away either. Except creepy bums looking for their aunt's house in the middle of the night, they're just S.O.L.
