i hadn't planned to stay
you guys, i think i really should be crowned. seriously. i have so many queenly qualities. bow down to me, queen grace.
today my dad woke me up at 6:48 and asked me if i still wanted to go to the flea market. after just 5 hours of sleep, i rolled out of bed and got ready to go. my dad and i have our own little song that we BLAST in the car/house/where ever we are, so of course we popped the dave matthews band cd into the player and turned up the volume on "big eyed fish". it is such a good song. yay for good songs. ok, too much description. i'll just tell you what i got. i wish i had pics...sorry. i have to find my dad's digital camera. a white collared blouse (for chapel dress): $1, the ace of base cd (which is not very good after all): $ .50, choker with huge white beads (apparently very much like the ones barbara bush wears...oops) $1, and a very preppy vintagebermuda bag (only not exactly like the one in the link...but that's the idea) with reversable covers (one side is teal, orange, white and pink plaid, the other is orange). this is especially exciting because when i came home i was looking for covers to put on it (like online) and all the sites were selling them for $25-35 and the actual handles were $30-75. so yay me!
after we got home my mom and i went to get dog food where apparently the high school guy helping us was "looking at me" as my mom put it. it is weird how i suddenly noticed guys noticing me. but that is not the point. i get sidetracked very easily. sorry guys... i convinced my mom to take a detour to the mall because of all the sales and so we shopped all afternoon which was great fun b/c my mom and i get along very well. we are like twins with a 30 year age difference. hahaha. well i am kind of bored with writing right now so i am going away! enjoy! if i find the cam i will definitely post pictures. and this time...i want to see lots and lots of comments!!
