So behind on this meme. I should just keep doing three days at a time. lol.
Day 08 - Favorite Chocobo Version - The VII ones. It might be the way they dance on Disc 1, or it could be the fact that I spend a good portion of a month trying to get my Gold Chocobo. I was so invested in breeding them that I dreamed about it.
Day 09 - Favorite Moogle Version - That's easy. I absolutely LOVE the version from Dissidia. They're so adorable! I just want to squeeze them all like Terra did.
Day 10 - Best Final Fantasy scene ever - Ugh. I have to choose?
Hm. I think I just might list a couple.
VII - Cloud telling the group, right before they go fight Sephiroth, to find what they're fighting for. I always thought this was a pivotal point in Cloud's character development. It's also one of my favorite scenes, and just cements my Cloud/Tifa ship. Cloud sends everyone off, and they talk, and at one point, Tifa tells Cloud "There are other ways to show that you care for someone other than talking." ilu, Tifa.
VIII - Time Compression. I wasn't a big fan of VIII, but I loved this scene. Everyone's wandering around, and even in the end, Rinoa and Squall find each other. Eyes of Me comes on, and I'm all bawwww.
X - The Sending. While I agree with Amy on the truth of the Pilgrimage, this scene is my favorite. It was either this, the kiss at Macalania, or when Tidus leaves at the end. Or maybe Auron showing up and kicking ass in Luca. SO MANY CHOICES. But the Sending gave me goosebumps. And Tidus also finally seeing what Yuna has to go through, putting her own feelings aside to help everyone else.
XII - Gabranth dying on the Strahl. Now, I was not happy that Gabranth died. Not one bit. He was one of my favorite characters. [Gimme those twins any day.] It's the interaction between him, Basch, and Larsa that get me. Noah finally atones in the end, and Basch is there to see it. My heart, it weeps for them!
XIII - Lightning punching Snow. There are better scenes, trust me, like the train scene that totally alludes to VII, which I effing love. [sorry, Amy.] But Lightning punching Snow? I laughed so hard and reset the game like 6 times to watch it over and over.
