Valentines
Yup, tomorrow is Valentine's day. So much for Single's Awareness Day for my friends back home. Tonight we are making 'Love Baskets' for our valentine. I'm excited lol. It'll be fun. Kevin got me little orange roses that I love, but...I think I killed them. x.x I don't know what happened. I just put them in water, I swear that's it! I love them all the same though. Kate says I should dry them out. I think I'll do that.
Last night Kate and I talked about what High School was like for us, and what it was like going home each time. For the both of us...it's not much fun. She goes back for her boyfriend and few friends. I go home for my family and 1 other person basically. I feel like I have lost complete contact with everyone else back home. I don't talk to anyone really; no one wants to come here and visit. That's fine though. I just wish that things could have gotten better with relationships that I had back there. There are definately times that I enjoy being back, like when I went to D&D with Amber and Megan...though it hasn't happened again. I don't know. I may not go home for midterm break. Doesn't feel like it would even be worth the trip. Kate invited me to her house, but I may do my idea from before. Pick a bus route and take it somewhere lol. That would be fun. Extremely random though.
Also last night Kevin, Sam, and I watched a movie called Bull Durham. It was funny...but had a lot of sex in it. It was weird lol, but I love comedic baseball movies. That reminds me of Major League. That was a great movie! ARG! And that reminds me that I bought it for me and Kate and left it at home. Crap. Oh well. I could have it sent up here.
Anyway, I am going to go now. Need to finish some questions for my Lit class. Cya.
