The Money Pit Strikes Again...
that's right folks, it's back.
i was feeling good, just finished catching up on dishes, going to put the laundry in the dryer and i notice that the basement light is on. i step in, look around, decide elli has been down there and turn to go to the garage (where the washer and dryer are) when i realize i hear water. running water.
i go over to the bar and realize that all of the water i had been washing and rinsing dishes with had been pouring under the sink, and was now coming through the ceiling of the basement onto the carpet. so i grab the extra cat box (only bucket-like thing i could find) and place it under the leak. only to realize as i look around that water has also been pouring down the outside wall, which just so happens to house our breaker box, and onto the bar, into a computer monitor. (thankfully it was just the monitor, and not a computer too)
when we came upstairs and opened the cabinet under the sink there was standing water, and when we went to take things out to let them dry, the boxes had black mold on the undersides...
it's so frustrating, it's just one thing after another....
any suggestions?
