Lab Results
Cody's specialist doctor told him to set up an appointment with his regular Kaiser doctor because Cody's bloodpressure is still too high. it's been high since the migraines started early this year. His doctor had some blood taken and the results showed that his levels are slightly high for BUN and Creatine. I guess these are toxins that his kidneys should be helping to remove. His doctor said that it could be caused by the pain killer/muscle relaxent that his specialist has him taking and recommends that he stop taking it and also get an ultrasound of this kidneys. His specialist is out of the country for a month around christmas. We're not sure which doctor to listen to and Cody's a bit freaked out about the whole thing. The Indocin is the only thing hes allowed to take for pain right now and he's afraid the TMJ pain would be too horrible without them, but of course, we dont want toxins building up either. So we're very confused and dont know who to trust. Please keep praying for us as we try to figure out what to do next.
