Got the invitation just yesterday. After 10 years, my Team Lead's getting hitched on the 25th with his sweetheart since high school. Awww. Now, that's forever. I've met the girl and she's really nice and pretty too. I'm truly happy for them both. ♥
Attire's strictly formal. Now, there goes the problem. It's been ago since the last time I've attended one. Stores don't have anything that'd fit me. My last resort, I'll have mine custom-made. Handy neighbor's a tailor, wonderful at working under time pressure. 5 days to a week is enough for her to make me a beautiful formal dress. ^^
On to the Math, wedding's on the 25th and today's the 7th. Given that she needs to work on the dress 7 days max, including repairs and all that, I'm left with just about 10 days to work on my stuff. Yes. Stuff. Because I'm stuffed. T_T The long holiday break helped my drained brain but failed my body stats. The weighing scale at home's broken so I have no idea how much I weigh now. And no, I didn't break it. Promise. T_T
So there. 10 days with 10 options to make a miracle. Oh. What to do?! x_x
Here the craziness goes. In no particular order. @_@
1. Xenical and/or Slimming Tea. The fastest way to go. It's gonna be a minute-by-minute trip to the washroom though. Gonna be impossible with work and all that.
2. Fitrum. Just compare Mara Clara Judy Ann and how she looks now. Some occasional trips to the washroom too but still manageable. Heard it's not that effective for others though. No weight loss but kept it just as it is.
3. Exercise. Definitely healthy. But effective? Depends. Next option please.
4. Fit 'n Right. Love the Apple and Peace Flavors. I feel "clean" after taking a sip or two. But then again, just 10 days. Reconsidering taking for long-term though. Great substitute for sodas and carbonated drinks.
5. Water Therapy. Water's been keeping me off some serious colds for the past days. But I would like to keep my regular dose of Carbs everyday. Thank you very much.
6. Appetite Suppressant. Since Mom needs to regulate her sugar, weight and all that, the doctor prescribed one medicine for her to take. It's a bit expensive though. And God knows what effect it will have on me. I tend to have allergies out of the blue, by the way. I'm even allergic to antibiotics.
7. No Binging. Goodbye Krispy Kreme. Goodbye Dairy Queen. Goodbye Starbucks. Goodbye Takoyaki. Goodbye Strawberries & Cream. Goodbye Peanut Butter. OMG. Wait. Peanut Butter?! No way.
8. After Six. Working on EMEA means that breaks are done with the EMEA Folks too. "Lunch" at 7-ish. 6 PM's just halfway from going home. It's hard to think with an empty stomach. It was effective for me way back in high school though.
9. "Magic". Tried and tested. Proven effective. Raid's been prominent for the past months though, it's a hard find even in Divisoria. And no, it's not some form of drug. Just some smuggled stuff from China.
10. Hunger Strike. I am going to attend a wedding. Not try and kill myself.
10 choices and I still don't know what to do. Whatever it is starts today. One huge "Good Luck!" to me. x_x
