Some things I liked!
It's pretty ridiculous how happy I was to see Kevin. I'm so pleased at how trolled I feel by Osric C. I was definitely not a fan of Bobby coming back for multiple reasons, but I feel like this was done really well. Everything with Mrs. Tran was the saddest thing in the world, she is so amazing.
Dean is such a hottiiiiie. I am amused, though, that when they do facial hair, it happens at the same time. Almost like they share a razor or something. My friend said, "What are they doing with the facial hair? You have to plan for that part of your face, and I don't think they have a plan." but aside from the breakupbeard, the dark outfit was really working for him. As a wearer of mostly black, I approve!
I love them hanging out all afternoon trying to summon a ghost, and how the ghost gets snippy with Dean. And the demon's job angst was palpable and really hit home. He got punched out by Sam's iron fists somehow.
Even though I struggle not to space out during angel things (I am a fan of s4-6 angels) I really like the Bartholomew fanaticism and how he's like, "I used to be your sub but now I am your MASTER." and Cas is just so unimpressed/regretful.
Sam and Dean yelling for Kevin when they got back to the bat cave. And the relationship counseling was hilarious / touching / tragic. And I love that Sam walks away. Idk, this episode was really great.
