Paul: Why?

Paul: (pulls down collar of shirt, reveals shoulder) Fancy a bit?
I am racking my brains trying to remember if this actually happened. Anyone have any idea if it, and if so, which episode? Can't imagine that it's anyone not in this comm adding HoYay moments... :)
