Can I stay here
Just when I started getting used to this place (although the ACE and 1.2.3 lines still elude me, as evidenced by my messed up subway traveling today). I like NYC, I think I agree that now Boston almost feels too small and NYC is the next step up (or Chicago). If the rent went down I would move here right now, it seems everywhere is begging for interns and I could find a dream job here in the fall... and I eat little pies here for dinner, that are 45 billion times better than table talk pies. I love Boston and Emerson and all, but this has been quite the experience and place and I no longer want to leave, I want to stretch it out a little longer, get a pet, and see how I could make it in NYC. Some people can't stand it, but I've carved a little love in my heart for this big city. If I didn't have so many obligations at school I would probably stay here, its enough space away from family, and its funny when you can have your own little corner in such a big world. There is a reason they make those t-shirts and I now understand. Just please don't ever let me get a NYC accent.
