Another Black Books question: Is Dylan Moran's accent regionally identifiable? (Is Moran's accent the same as Bernard's, now that I think of it?) If so, clue me in? If not, any guesses/speculation on Bernard's background are welcome. DM's from County Meath, but I'm unsure if that's all...resonant or whatever.
