Note: I thought I posted this here but I guess I never did. I compiled this before Infinity War/Endgame and I think before Antman 2. So it needs updating and I'll get back to that... one of these days. Also Marvel has apparently posted their own timeline and then retracted/altered it, so I'll have to look that up now.
Lists of Cities with Superhero/Secret Agent Battles in the MCU
So I was looking for a list of cities with major and moderate battles online - but the internets failed me. So I made my own. Note: I only included incidents that would have been noticeable to civilians and bystanders. Needless to say - there are many spoilers ahead.
New York -

Battle of Sokovia- Ultron a creation of Tony Stark and Bruce Banner infected by the Mind Stone, sets off his doomsday device and destroys the city. May 6, 2015 (Avengers: Age of Ultron)
Weaton, NJ USA
Destruction of Camp Lehigh - A HYDRA infested SHIELD orders a missile strike on Steve Rogers and Black Widow while they are investigating. (Captain America: The Winter Solider)
Monte Carlo, Monaco
1) Grand Prix de Monaco - Whiplash attacks Tony Stark’s car while he is in the middle of the race. (Iron Man 2)

1) Culver University - Gamma Incident. Scientist Bruce Banner transforms himself into Hulk while experimenting with Howard Stark’s super soldier formula. In rage, Hulk causes an explosion which destroys the lab and injures his girlfriend and fellow scientist Betty Ross, her father and several others. (The Incredible Hulk)
