Fridge Poetry

So what do you do when you are needlessly worried and up too late?

Do you...
  • Clean the house?
  • wash the dishes?
  • transcribe some fic you promised you would?

Nope. You play the random fridge poetry game. How do you play? Go here. Pick 25 words randomly. Try not to look at what you are choosing. Then try to make sense of what you've chosen. Fudging the verb tenses and plurals is allowed. If you get bored of those choices there are more here. With the story maker set limit 10 words/phrases.

Here's some of what I put together.

  1. We jump where water song is. (not sure what that means, but it sounds poetic)
  2. We read that she stop[ped] the cat but they put up with him. (okaaaay)
  3. Say pig, did they ask for monkey? (is that a euphemism?)
  4. Jump somewhere red cat. (probably good advice)
  5. Small cake[s] were in moon shine. (mood lighting or alcohol?)
  6. With teacher we eat here and slow dance in yellow plant[s]. (doesn't sound very appropriate, somehow)
  7. The pig reads a book to sleep in the clouds over the mountain. (there's a kiddie book in there somewhere)
  8. My mom plants a garden on the couch. (interesting)
  9. In the trees over the mountain, sails a boat. I saw my friend, the pirate, with a book. (2 related sentences -what are the odds)
  10. Once upon a time my brother, the pirate, chases the dog too fast. (again with the pirates)
  11. Sometimes my mother throws the monster under my bed. (better not get on her bad side)
