So So Long.....

Wow. Like it really hasn't been that long since I last updated. Usually its months at a time between post but somehow I feel like it has been forever. My weekend was fine. I went to Atlanta and returned safely. MathFest wasn't festive at all. As a matter of fact it was pretty boring. However I did leave a lot more satisfied about my future. I think that it is a great possibilty that I will NOT be attending graduate school for a Ph.D. in Mathematics. I walked away thinking that 5-7 (and possibly more) years in a graduate instituiton studying Math wasn't worth the Ph.D. I'd get in the end. Now it might be something I'd go back to school and get after everything else is all said and done. I would even consider getting a Masters in Math from Xavier in Oxford, Ohio but Ph.D. is not on my list right now. I actually need to study for the Actuarial Exam that's coming up in a couple fo weeks but with classes going on and tests and papers and what not I feel like I don't have the time to study. I skimmed a few things off of my weekly schedule to make time for school but it seems like that whole finding a place to study thing just hasn't been working. Let's move on.
