Oh, my, I've worked with some of these kids. This rings very true, down to Adam-the-adult trying not to cause any fuss. Very skillful job.

See, I love this. I mean, it's horribly sad, but I really think it explains something about the character that I wasn't even aware of, if that makes any sense.

There really needs to be a lot more Adam!fic in this fandom, especially if it's all of this quality. :)

Thank you. I think (unfortunately) that this is a plausible background for the Adam we see in the show, and I'm glad you enjoyed this story.

I would love to see more Adam!fic, honestly.
