Zack Fair
First person to make contact with the man, as well as one of the man's very few friends.
Cloud Strife
He's not sure what to think about Cloud. While he only distantly knows the Cloud from his own world, this one who looks something like that boy (though older) confuses him. Mostly due to the hostility and hate the blond directed at him upon his arrival. At the moment he's holding to his agreement that he won't call on or have any dealings with Cloud since the man wants nothing to do with him.
Tidus
So far he's only met the blond over the phone, though he's also seen him in person at a distance at the Hades Cup. In ways, the blond reminds him somewhat of Zack, even if he does think the boy is a little bit naive.
Genesis Rhapsodos
Genesis used to be one of Sephiroth's best friends (or rather one of his only friends), at least until Genesis started to visibly degrade, learned the truth about his origins and defected from the company. Sephiroth has refused most of the missions the company attempted to give him which might have pitted him up against the man due to the fact he had no desire to be forced into fighting with him in any manner that might have ended up with the redhead injured or killed by his sword.
Now that Genesis has shown up here, visibly cured and five years older has him a little confused as to how such a time difference is possible, but considering what he's seen so far, its not enough to prevent him from trying to reestablish the friendship they had before, even if it would seem it will take time for any trust to be rebuilt between the two again.
Angeal Hewley
Angeal was one of Sephiroth's best friends before his unfortunate suicide death. Sephiroth has refused most of the missions the company attempted to give him which might have pitted him up against him (or him and Genesis) due to the fact he had no desire to be forced into fighting with him in any manner that might have ended up with either of them injured or killed by his sword.
Seeing Angeal alive and well here completely threw him at first, but he's decided to not look this gift horse in the mouth and is willing to hopefully resume his friendship with the man and enjoy what extra time he's been given with Angeal.
Lilisette
Lilisette was the second person not from his world he met upon his arrival and he was impressed by her obvious intelligent manner and politeness. Her help aided him in focusing on adjusting to this new situation and something with which to keep him busy until its possible to return home. He's only actually met her on the phone at the moment, though he's seen her from a distance at the Hades Cup. Considering he's seen how friendly she is with Zack and others, its possible he might even come to consider her a comrade if not a friend himself in the distant future.
Cloud Strife
The younger Cloud, the young man is one of Zack's best friends and seems to worship the General. Perhaps in time, away from Shinra's PR time, the boy will eventually see that Seph is merely human as Zack or others in most respects even if he's capable of greater feats. He pretty much considers the boy something of a comrade since he's friends with Zack, though its possible with more interaction and time it could turn into more of a friendship if its allowed to.
Hades
Hades, the host of Hades Cup. Sephiroth has had limited contact with the god of the underworld and it would seem that Hades, like the elder Cloud Strife has mistaken the General as being the Sephiroth that is apart of their own world. The god seems rather friendly and buddy-buddy due to the mistake and how his attitude will change upon realizing it remains to be seen.
