A great talk on why the copyright system needs to change, not just because of the inadequacy of the business model it mummifies, but also because of the destructive effects of criminalisation of human behaviour:
Well worth listening to the whole thing. (Though I was much amused by his assertations that this is the culture of our kids. He could do with being told that it's the culture of our grannies, too.)
