Because LJ-ers know everything (and I *DO* mean everything)...
Maybe someone out there can help me with a question I have about filters.
Under FAQ Question #102: "Managing Your Custom Friends Groups," we're told how to filter our Friends page. That is, we're told how to:
But dang it! What they don't tell you is how to copy several names from one group to another. You see, I want to create a new filter that would contain ALL the same people who are in another filter -- that is, all but ONE person. But I don't want to reinvent the wheel!
The way it stands right now, I have to one-by-one move people over who I want in this new filter, but it's a lot of people! There has to be an easier way, but I don't know what it is. Can anyone please help?
