Perhaps some people to share it with! Which is why, thanks to the brilliance of a Miss Patsy Andersen we shall be hosting an "Orphan's Thanksgiving" at my place! A dinner for people who can't see their families for whatever reason or have nowhere to be. The day is coming up right quick though so I need to get in gear and buy stuff! I''ll be roasting the bird, which this year shall be brined ala Mr. Elton Brown. I'm not sure if I remember seeing that episode but I'm sure it'll be great fun dunking the turkey in a vat of tasty delicious liquids. To brine in or whatever
