Whenever I Step Outside, Somebody Claims to See the Light

I've got that song stuck in my head, so I had to go put in the CD. So anyway the story that the manager told me about an applicant who called put an application in online. He called her and this elder lady answered.
He said, "Hi, I am calling for so-and-so about her application for Foodlion."
Elder lady, "Oh! Hold on just a minuet, she lives three houses up for me. She's using my number to get the job because she doesn't have a phone. Hold on."
He said he could hear the woman running through the grass, and then the phone got passed to the woman, and it was about 10 or 11 am.
Woman said very groggily and with the most red-necky drawl he'd ever heard, "...H-hello?"
So he tried to find a way out of this, because after talking to her for a minuet he realised she had no grammer at all and was very much unqualified. So he just told her he'd call her if there did end up being an opening and hung up.
So he said I had the job, and was the first person he'd hired. I'm going in for training next week! So yay. I have a job. Now... As long as Todd never needs groceries, since that will be the closest Foodlion and right by where he works... But he could bring Jesse if he wanted too... No just kidding. I wanted Ashley to read that and be like OMG! Not that she even think's he's hot anymore.
So my icon Kayla found on that... Greatjournals thingy and I snagged it in honor of school starting soon. I am going to use my locker and if he doesn't pop out, I'll just tape his picture in there and pretend he does it every time I open it up. I am actually excited for school. With this job and all, I wont be stressing about paying for the football games and stuff. I'll be able to buy cool school stuff too. Go into Hot Topic and buy whatever the crap I want because my mom wont have to agree on what I pick out.
What else is going on? hum... I am going to go read Ashley's and Kayla's latest posts in thier LJ because I never remember to. ^_^; I'll tell you more if there is anything else, but I dont think it is. I LUFF MY ICON!
