If you could please spare a good thought for my Aunt Betsy's recovery from colon cancer, I'd appreciate it. She had surgery on the 5th and they found it had spread to at least one lymph node, so it's considered Stage III.
She's due to start chemo soon, but she has to gain some weight first (she's tiny, yet mighty) and that's always been a problem for her.
She's 78, but it's still way too soon for her to shuffle off this rock of ours. The woman is a force of nature, and easily my favorite aunt.
