Yes, I do. Very strong ones, indeed.
I was at a 4-way stop about 15 minutes ago. I had the driver's side window down, because I like to hear things outside of the SUV while I drive. (Sirens, y'know, that kind of thing.)
Just as I was about to take my turn at what *was* an empty intersection, I slammed on the brakes because I heard a car traveling at a high rate of speed. A guy going 60 shot through the intersection out of virtually nowhere just at that moment, less then 3 feet in front of me.
Had I not had the window down, he would have been totally stealth and I wouldn't be writing this now. He would have hit on my side and traveled straight through the Saturn VUE's safety cage. Before you say, "He couldn't have been going sixty!" keep in mind I've been in court to testify in a couple cases, and estimated the vehicle's speed on the nose every time. (Lawyers don't know how I do it and neither do I, but I'm accurate.)
My only consolation in this, aside from being alive which counts for a lot, is that the crash would have killed the driver instantly, too. The night is young here and he'll probably kill someone before it's over, sad to say.
