Salsa in Japan

Headed to a Caribbean/Salsa festival on an island off of Fukuoka City this weekend - can't wait!!! Supposed to be a bunch of latin music and dancing - aah, just like Samba Room and Sipango in Dallas every Wednesday night. :) We're staying in a bungalow on the beach. They provide a blanket and we're really hoping some kind of bed or tent. They just told us in broken English to bring a pillow. I guess if we end up sleeping in the sand on a blanket it'll still be comfy as long as there are no chiggers (or those crazy toxic Japanese centipedes - eeesh). Hope to have pics soon!!
Done working for the day at 2:30. Off to a picnic on the castle grounds. Life is rough.
