alright...
so when i signed up for this library gig, i thought i was playing it smart. "oh, i'll take a 4-6 shift and i can go directly to the library after school, no delay, and it will be fan-freakin-tastic." problem is: i don't have a 5th period for 3/4 of the year. i could go home and back to the library, but it takes an hour or so (depending on how long i have to wait for the god damn bus) to get home, and that leaves me another hour to get back to the library (as in, wait for five minutes at home and leave to catch another bus). so yes, it sucks. i suppose i could hang around at school for an hour or so, but that seriously sounds like the shittiest way to spend an hour of my life, ever. so, i came up with a brilliant solution: i should go somewhere cool like a park or somewhere similarly outdoors and nice and do my homework while i while away an hour (clever wordplay, eh?). (second) problem is: no parks. ever. what am i to do? hang out at the library for an hour? or hang out at school for an hour? or waste my one day of driving each week on all the mondays?
