Freedom From the Internet
House sitting at a place without Internet you can figure out how to use feels liberating. Except the inconvenience of blogging from a phone (but really - how amazing is that?), it's nice to have one less distraction. Also, the cable here doesn't have an onscreen guide so all I can do is flip through channels. It's like being without caller ID. I just stumbled upon Peter Jackson's King Kong.
Mellow day at work. I didn't do much. After work I took Stella out to run around, then we went to the store to pick up a couple things. She ate when we got home, then ran up to me, made a squishy sound, and promptly puked up her dinner. Poor girl. I hope she was just a little car sick and overexcited to eat. She doesn't act strange otherwise.
Tomorrow is my first Sunday off in weeks! Courtney got his new bike at long last today, so Justin, he, and I will finally ride together tomorrow. Here's hoping July is nothing like June.
