Hey Gwen, I was looking through the older posts on the PSPtutorial community, and I saw your post about the EXQUISITELYdesigns banner, and how to get it in PSP7.
All I did was adjust the saturation down, then copied it and added two new layers. I then did some color work on the middle layer (I used the +/- Red, Green, Blue [Shift+u] and added 10 red, 10 green, and 0 blue), and then made that layer "screen". The top layer I did as overlay.
The rest was just a combination of add noise to the various layers, sharpen more, and I think I did a "find edges" on the background layer. Make sure you don't add any noise to your background layer or you'll mess up.
I know it was like 2 months ago, and it doesn't look exactly the same, but I figured I'd give you a little FYI. If you don't want your jeans to be so gold, just don't add so much red and green. My picture started with so many colors that I needed to or it would look strange.
I took a plain picture, and tried to get there without using brushes.
