i went to my first drive in move theater last night! i've always wanted to go to one, but never really researched it. it was super fun, though mike and i went ill-prepared. no snacks or beer or blanket, just a pillow. anyways, we saw the new tarantino film grindhouse, which is gory, violent, and contains all the usual tarantino fetishes - hot bitches with guns, evil nurses, etc. not a movie i would normally see, but as jobsafety said, it's the perfect movie to see in a drive-in. i think drive in movies are going to be my new favorite thing to do. now to fulfill the cliched get-it-on-at-a-drive-in fantasy...
